Filling a Prescription With Inventory

If your store is using the perpetual inventory feature, it is important to ensure the correct pack size is used when filling prescriptions. This ensures that the correct pack size gets re-ordered, as well as for pricing purposes.

To ensure you are filling prescription correctly for inventory:

1. Ensure the correct pack size [Pk (OH) field] is being used in the drug information section in the Rx tab in Rx Detail.



2. Select Fill. Result: The label set shows the pack size used in the prescription, dispensed and current On Hand amount.
